RETURN POLICY
Unworn shoes and clothes in BRAND NEW CONDITION may be refunded within 7 days of receipt, or exchanged for another model/size/color within 14 days.
Note: No exchange or refunds for custom made or sale/clearance items, no exceptions!
Customers are responsible for the return shipping (and insurance).
Due to customs and duties, we are unable to return or exchange items outside of the US.
Contact us prior to returning or exchanging any item.
Returned items must be in 100% brand new condition.
This means that it must never have been worn. Once shoes or clothes have been worn, the refund/exchange policy is void. The plastic seal on the bottom of the shoes cannot be removed. No substitution or switching of parts is allowed. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge restocking fees if returned items do not meet the above requirements.
Returned items are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance.
The purchase of insurance is encouraged; if an item is damaged during shipment the buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve the matter. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the return shipping process.
